Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility are paramount to our business philosophy.

A critical pillar of our business philosophy is to contribute positively to the lives and futures of those less fortunate than ourselves. This is a goal in every market we operate in, and to that end we are meaningfully involved in several initiatives and charities.

Our own Enterprise Development Programme entails donating our time to, and sharing our knowledge with, a number of SMMEs in the Western Cape of South Africa. We utilise our Business Excellence Model, specifically developed for SMMEs, to improve the performance, growth and profitability of these companies on a pro bono basis.

In addition, we donate a percentage of our profits to social development wherever we operate.

By successfully supporting these initiatives, GBE is fulfilling its own vision to do well and to do good.
